06/02/2006When Wrexham Maelor Borough Council look for a product they want to fit it and forget it.
They have been installing Hydroflame™Duals now since early 2004 and are highly delighted with the reliability of the product and the support from SmitH's Environmental. More importantly from the landlord's perspective, the Council found that Hydroflame™ was quick and simple to install, easy to maintain, has a free five year parts and labour warranty and presented no emissions risk. The product was also found to dramatically reduce design life costs in comparison with both gas and electric fires.
Just as importantly for tenants, particularly the elderly, the product is easy to use and cheap to run, and so has proved understandably popular. Its negligible running costs add less than five pounds a year to the heating bills.
